Role Overview

As a Gym Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality fitness training and personalized workout programs to guests and members. You will promote a healthy and active lifestyle while ensuring all gym equipment is used safely and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver personalized fitness programs and exercise plans for members and hotel guests
• Conduct group fitness classes including cardio, strength training, yoga, and stretching sessions
• Monitor gym floor activities to ensure safety protocols and proper use of equipment
• Perform regular equipment maintenance checks and report any issues promptly
• Educate members on proper exercise techniques to prevent injuries
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming fitness facility environment
• Track member progress and provide ongoing fitness assessments
• Stay current with fitness industry trends, certifications, and best practices

Requirements

Hard Skills

• Certified Gym Instructor or Personal Trainer qualification (e.g., NASM, ACE, ACSM, or equivalent)
• Proven experience in fitness instruction or personal training within a hotel, resort, or commercial gym setting
• Strong knowledge of exercise science, anatomy, and nutrition fundamentals
• Proficiency in operating and maintaining fitness equipment and cardio machines
• Current CPR and First Aid certification

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
