Core Responsibilities

• Support the People Advisory team in delivering HR consulting projects across diverse industries and client sectors.
• Assist with workforce planning, talent management, and organizational design initiatives.
• Conduct research and data analysis to inform people strategies and business decisions.
• Help prepare client presentations, reports, and deliverables that meet EY's quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on change management and transformation projects.
• Participate in stakeholder meetings, workshops, and strategy sessions.
• Contribute to the development of HR technology solutions and digital people analytics tools.
• Stay current with industry trends, labor regulations, and best practices in the GCC region.

Required Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a bachelor's degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, multicultural team environment.
• Demonstrated interest in HR consulting, people strategy, or organizational development.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Preferred Skills

• Prior internship or work experience in HR, consulting, or a related advisory role.
• Familiarity with HR information systems (HRIS) or people analytics platforms.
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations in the Kingdom of Bahrain and the wider GCC.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Strong presentation and client-facing communication abilities.
