Head of HR
Job Summary
The Head of Human Resources is responsible for managing all aspects of HR in a multi-site environment, with a primary focus on being internal client oriented. This role oversees employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, compensation and benefits, training and development, and HR compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling.
- Oversee recruitment and selection processes to attract top talent.
- Design and administer compensation and benefits programs.
- Lead performance management systems to drive employee development and accountability.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies across all locations.
- Foster a positive workplace culture and employee engagement initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 8-10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience in a multi-site or multi-location environment.
- Strong knowledge of Bahrain labor law and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is preferred.
