SENIOR BUSINESS ANALYST – CORE BANKING

Position Overview

Senior Business Analyst – Core Banking (T24) based in Manama, Bahrain. This is a 6‑month onsite contract role.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and document core banking processes and system requirements for T24.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define functional specifications and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Translate business needs into detailed functional designs, use cases, and test scenarios.
• Support the implementation, configuration, and testing phases of T24 projects.
• Identify process improvements and recommend solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for core banking applications.

Required Skills and Experience

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in core banking environments, preferably with T24.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to produce clear documentation, functional specifications, and test plans.
• Knowledge of banking regulations and best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMP) are a plus.
