Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Store Manager to lead our sports retail store in Bahrain. In this role, you will oversee daily operations, drive sales, and ensure exceptional customer experiences while managing a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and motivate store staff to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive work environment.
• Sales & Performance: Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue, monitor KPIs, and analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth.
• Inventory Management: Oversee stock levels, ordering, and merchandising to ensure product availability and optimal visual presentation.
• Customer Service: Maintain high standards of service and resolve customer inquiries or complaints promptly.
• Operational Excellence: Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and store procedures.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: Proven track record in retail management, preferably within the sports or lifestyle sector.
• Leadership: Strong ability to manage and inspire a team.
• Business Acumen: Solid understanding of sales, P&L, and inventory control.
• Communication: Excellent interpersonal and customer-facing skills.
