Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Lobby Supervisor to join our Food and Beverage team. This role is essential for ensuring seamless service delivery and maintaining high standards of guest satisfaction in the lobby area. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a keen eye for detail in hospitality operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate lobby staff to ensure optimum service and efficient daily operations.
• Monitor staff grooming and uniform standards to maintain a professional appearance at all times.
