Cost Controller role within an Accor network hotel, supporting cost oversight, financial accuracy, and reporting in a hospitality environment.

Core Responsibilities

• Monitor hotel costs, budgets, and financial performance.
• Prepare cost control reports, budget comparisons, and variance summaries.
• Review expenses with hotel departments to support accurate cost tracking.
• Support forecasting, financial analysis, and cost optimization activities.
• Maintain reliable cost records aligned with hotel finance standards.

Required Qualifications

• Background in cost control, accounting, finance, or hotel finance.
• Strong numerical, analytical, and reporting skills.
• Ability to work with budgets, cost data, and financial documentation.
• High attention to detail, organization, and confidentiality with financial information.
• Ability to collaborate with finance and hotel operations teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in hospitality or hotel operations.
• Understanding of international hotel finance standards.
• Familiarity with global hospitality network environments such as Accor.
