Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and rigorous Delivery Tracking Officer to join our team based in Ouled Fayet, Daïra Cheraga, Algiers. This position is suitable for a junior or entry-level profile with a strong attention to detail and a desire to grow in the logistics and delivery coordination field.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and track delivery orders from dispatch to final destination
• Update delivery status in the system in real-time
• Coordinate with drivers and customers to ensure timely deliveries
• Resolve any delivery discrepancies or delays promptly
• Prepare daily and weekly delivery reports for management
• Maintain accurate records of all shipment activities

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree is a plus)
• Basic computer skills (familiarity with tracking software or Excel is an advantage)
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Fluency in French or Arabic; English is a plus
