About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, write, and edit high-quality content for multiple channels including websites, blogs, social media platforms, email campaigns, and marketing collateral
• Create engaging visual content and basic graphic designs using tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design software
• Collaborate with the marketing team to execute content strategies aligned with brand voice, SEO best practices, and campaign objectives
• Manage content calendars and ensure timely delivery of all content assets
• Conduct keyword research and apply on-page SEO techniques to optimize content for search engines
• Monitor content performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights) and report on key metrics
• Support internal communications initiatives including newsletters, announcements, and employee engagement content
• Stay current with industry trends, content marketing best practices, and emerging digital platforms
• Assist in the localization and adaptation of content for the Algerian and North African markets

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, French/English Literature, or related field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in French and English; Arabic proficiency is a significant advantage
• Demonstrated passion for content creation with a portfolio or samples of written work, blog posts, social media content, or design projects
• Basic proficiency in graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalent)
• Understanding of SEO fundamentals, keyword research, and content optimization
