• Mission: Ensure the proper functioning and reliability of all production equipment and facilities.
• Team Leadership: Manage and coordinate the maintenance team to optimize performance and safety.
• Preventive Maintenance: Develop and implement a preventive maintenance plan to minimize downtime.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement improvements to increase equipment efficiency and reduce costs.
• Compliance: Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety and regulatory standards.

• Experience: Minimum 5 years in a similar maintenance management role, ideally in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and automation systems.
• Leadership: Proven ability to lead and motivate a technical team.
• Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Languages: Fluent in French and Arabic; English is a plus.
