• Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of server hardware and operating systems (Windows Server, Linux).
• Develop and execute disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to ensure optimal uptime.
• Manage storage solutions, including SAN and NAS, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
• Implement and maintain robust security measures for all IT systems and virtual infrastructure.
• Provide technical support and guidance to junior IT staff.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT infrastructure, with a strong focus on systems administration and virtualization.
• In-depth knowledge of server virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware vSphere, Microsoft Hyper-V).
• Proficiency in Windows Server and Linux operating systems administration.
• Experience with network protocols, storage solutions, and backup technologies.
