Full Stack Developer – VR Educational App Internship

About the Role

Wahid is an innovative startup building a virtual reality (VR) educational application tailored for children with special needs. We are seeking motivated interns to contribute to full‑stack development of this platform.

Core Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain front‑end and back‑end components of the VR app.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement immersive user experiences.
• Integrate APIs and services to support real‑time data and analytics.
• Write clean, testable code and participate in code reviews.
• Assist in debugging, performance optimization, and deployment processes.

Required Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Computer Science or related degree program.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and at least one back‑end language (e.g., Node.js, Python, Java).
• Familiarity with web frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.
• Basic understanding of databases (SQL or NoSQL).
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced startup environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Unity or Unreal Engine for VR development.
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs and WebSocket communication.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Passion for educational technology and accessibility.
