Integration Engineer – User Data Management (UDM) | Algiers, Algeria

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Integration Engineer with proven hands-on expertise in User Data Management (UDM) to join our team in Algiers, Algeria. This is a delivery-focused role where you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining integration solutions that ensure seamless data flow and management across platforms and systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain integration solutions centered on User Data Management (UDM) platforms and frameworks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data engineers, software developers, and business analysts to define integration requirements and deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Build and manage APIs, ETL pipelines, and middleware to support real-time and batch data integration processes.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security across all integrated systems and databases.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, performance bottlenecks, and data discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Document integration architectures, workflows, and standard operating procedures for ongoing maintenance and team reference.
• Monitor system performance and implement optimizations to improve reliability and scalability of data integration workflows.
• Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in integration engineering and user data management.

Requirements

• Proven professional experience as an Integration Engineer or in a similar technical integration role.
• Hands-on experience with User Data Management (UDM) platforms, tools, and methodologies.
• Strong knowledge of API development (REST, SOAP), ETL processes, and middleware technologies.
• Proficiency in working with databases (SQL, NoSQL) and data transformation techniques.
• Familiarity with data governance, data quality standards, and data privacy regulations.
• Solid problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, delivery-oriented environment.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud-based integration platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP integration services).
• Knowledge of identity management systems and customer data platforms (CDPs).
• Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript, or Shell scripting for automation.
• Understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
• Relevant certifications in data management, integration, or cloud platforms are a plus.
