Senior Backend Engineer | FinTech – Francophone Africa

Build the financial infrastructure powering supply chains across francophone Africa.

Broco is developing backend systems where money actually moves — not traditional bank accounts, but the supply chains that drive real economic activity.

What you'll do:

• Design and scale backend architectures for financial infrastructure
• Build systems that process real-time supply chain payment flows
• Work across distributed systems, APIs, and data pipelines
• Collaborate with a lean, high-impact engineering team
• Solve complex problems in an emerging-market fintech environment

What we're looking for:

• Senior-level backend engineering experience (5+ years preferred)
• Strong proficiency in server-side languages and frameworks
• Experience with scalable, distributed system design
• Familiarity with fintech, payments, or financial systems
• Comfort working in fast-paced, resource-constrained environments
