Nutanix Engineer / Networking IT Support Engineer (Break & Fix Support)

Deliver high-impact infrastructure and networking support across multiple sites in Algeria. This freelance, on-call role demands a sharp engineer who can diagnose, resolve, and stabilize Nutanix environments and network systems with speed and precision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide Break & Fix support for Nutanix infrastructure across 5+ locations
• Troubleshoot and resolve networking issues to minimize downtime
• Perform on-site and remote diagnostics for critical IT systems
• Document incidents, root causes, and resolution steps
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system reliability

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience with Nutanix platforms and virtualization technologies
• Strong networking fundamentals (routing, switching, firewalls, VPN)
• Ability to work on-call and travel across assigned cities as needed
• Excellent problem-solving skills under pressure
• Strong communication skills in French and/or English
