Outside Services Sales Representative - Electrical

About the Role

We are hiring a Field Services Outside Sales Representative – Electrical to join our team in Algeria. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling a broad range of technical electrical services, including start-up, maintenance, testing, and retrofitting solutions. This is a dynamic outside sales position that requires both technical knowledge and strong customer relationship skills to drive revenue growth across the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell electrical field services such as start-up, maintenance, testing, and retrofitting to new and existing clients.
• Conduct on-site visits to assess customer needs and propose tailored technical solutions.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients in the electrical and industrial sectors.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations aligned with client requirements.
• Collaborate with internal technical teams to ensure accurate scoping and pricing of services.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive prospecting and pipeline management.
• Stay current with industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging electrical technologies.
• Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to management.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Proven experience in outside sales, preferably within the electrical services or technical solutions industry.
• Solid understanding of electrical systems, maintenance protocols, and testing procedures.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage a territory, and prioritize multiple client accounts.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel frequently within Algeria.
• Proficiency in both French and Arabic is highly preferred.
• A technical diploma or degree in electrical engineering or a related field is an asset.
