Surveillance Agent | Remote Monitoring

Role Summary

We are seeking a confirmed Surveillance Agent with 1-2 years of experience to join our security team in Birkhadem, Daïra Bir Mourad Rais, Algiers. The role involves real-time remote monitoring of client premises, responding to alarms, and ensuring safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Monitor live video feeds and alarm systems across multiple sites.
• Analyze alerts, verify incidents, and initiate appropriate response protocols.
• Document all events accurately in the incident management system.
• Coordinate with on‑site security personnel and emergency services when necessary.
• Maintain system integrity by performing routine checks and reporting technical issues.

Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of proven experience in remote surveillance or security monitoring.
• Basic knowledge of alarm systems, CCTV operations, and incident reporting.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to make quick, accurate decisions.
• Excellent communication skills in French; English proficiency is a plus.
• Residency in Algeria or legal right to work in the country.
