Packer Technician

As a Packer Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and safe packaging of our products, maintaining high standards of quality and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor packaging machinery to ensure smooth production flow.
• Perform routine inspections and quality checks on packaged products.
• Identify and resolve minor mechanical issues to minimize downtime.
• Maintain accurate production records and report any deviations.
• Adhere to strict health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.
• Collaborate with the production team to meet daily targets.
• Assist in changeovers and line clearance activities.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent technical certification.
• Proven experience as a packer technician or in a similar manufacturing role.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work in shifts and under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good communication skills and team spirit.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in FMCG or tobacco industry.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles.
• Familiarity with automated packaging systems.
