About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Analyste Chimiste to join our laboratory team in Algeria. In this role, you will be responsible for performing chemical analyses according to established protocols, contributing to method development and optimization, and ensuring rigorous quality control. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented chemist with a strong background in analytical techniques and a commitment to scientific excellence.

Core Responsibilities

• Perform routine and non-routine chemical analyses on raw materials, intermediates, and finished products using standard laboratory equipment and techniques.
• Contribute to the development, validation, and optimization of analytical methods to improve accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.
• Monitor and control the quality of laboratory processes, ensuring all analyses meet regulatory and company standards.
• Document all procedures, results, and observations accurately in laboratory notebooks and electronic systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve analytical issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams as needed.
• Maintain laboratory equipment, perform calibrations, and ensure a safe working environment.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a chemical analysis laboratory.
• Proficiency in analytical techniques such as HPLC, GC, UV-Vis, or titration.
• Strong understanding of quality control principles and laboratory safety protocols.
• Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills.
• Fluency in French or Arabic; English is a plus.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with method validation and regulatory compliance (e.g., ISO, GLP).
• Familiarity with laboratory information management systems (LIMS).
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical, food, or environmental analysis.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
