Role Overview

Commercial Terrain position based in Tizi Ouzou for Yassir, the leading super‑app in the Maghreb region. The role drives on‑ground sales and market expansion across the territory, supporting Yassir’s mission to transform everyday services.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new business partners and merchants within the assigned territory.
• Conduct face‑to‑face presentations of Yassir’s service portfolio to prospective clients.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and promotional agreements to meet revenue targets.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform strategy.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to launch localized campaigns.
• Maintain accurate sales records and report weekly performance metrics.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, business development, or commercial field roles.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills in Arabic and French (English optional).
• Ability to travel extensively within the Tizi Ouzou region.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven, and comfortable working independently.
• Familiarity with digital services or mobile applications is a plus.
