Key Responsibilities

- Act as a key point of contact for German-speaking stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and understanding.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in software development, with at least 5 years in a management or leadership role.
- Proven experience managing cross-functional development teams.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Fluency in German is essential for this role.
- Experience with cloud technologies and DevOps practices is a plus.
