Senior Production Engineer – Food Manufacturing, Lean & Six Sigma Specialist, Alexandria

We are hiring a Senior Production Engineer to lead production-floor performance in a labor-intensive food manufacturing environment in Alexandria, Egypt. The role focuses on delivering output targets, improving OEE, yield, and workforce efficiency.

• Execute daily production plans and ensure target achievement
• Optimize line balancing, manpower allocation, and workflow
• Drive yield improvement and scrap reduction via root cause analysis
• Monitor OEE, downtime, and production efficiency
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, GMP, food safety, and OHS standards
• Apply Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement
• Lead, coach, and develop production operators

Qualifications: Bachelor's in Production or Industrial Engineering (MBA preferred), 3-5 years of manufacturing experience (food industry preferred), strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, 5S, Kaizen, leadership skills, good English, MS Office proficiency, and must be a resident of Alexandria.
