Credit Supervisor – 5+ Years of Excellence

Lead credit operations with precision, overseeing financial analysis, risk assessment, and portfolio management to drive organizational stability and growth.

• Review and analyze existing and evolving operating/financial issues
• Verify figures, postings, and documents for accuracy and compliance
• Assist management in credit policy development and implementation
• Monitor credit risk exposure and recommend mitigation strategies
• Supervise credit team activities and ensure timely reporting

• 5+ years of progressive experience in credit analysis or financial operations
• Strong knowledge of credit risk assessment, financial statements, and regulatory requirements
• Proven leadership ability with excellent analytical and decision-making skills
• Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel; ERP systems a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; professional certification preferred
