Siemens Mobility seeks a Construction Delivery Director to lead major infrastructure projects across Egypt. This senior leadership role oversees end-to-end construction execution for rail and mobility solutions, ensuring technical excellence, safety compliance, and on-time delivery. Key Responsibilities

• Direct all construction phases for mobility infrastructure projects from mobilization to handover
• Manage multidisciplinary teams including site managers, engineers, and subcontractors
• Enforce Siemens safety standards, quality systems, and environmental protocols across all sites
• Control project budgets, schedules, and commercial risks through proactive delivery management
• Coordinate with design, procurement, and commissioning teams to resolve technical interfaces
• Report progress, risks, and performance metrics to regional leadership and stakeholders
• Drive continuous improvement in construction methodologies and digital delivery tools
• Ensure regulatory compliance with Egyptian construction laws and international standards

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management; Master's preferred
• 15+ years in heavy civil construction with 8+ years in senior delivery leadership roles
• Proven track record delivering rail, metro, or large-scale infrastructure projects
• Deep expertise in FIDIC contracts, claim management, and variation control
• Strong command of construction planning software (Primavera P6, MS Project) and BIM workflows
• Fluent English and Arabic; German language skills advantageous
• Professional engineering registration in Egypt or equivalent international chartership
