Assistant Project Control Manager - JLL Egypt | PDS Projects

JLL is seeking an Assistant Project Control Manager to join their PDS Projects team in Egypt. This role supports the delivery of world-class real estate services by overseeing project controls, cost management, and schedule adherence across diverse property portfolios. The position offers exposure to international best practices in project management within a leading global real estate advisory firm. Candidates will contribute to shaping the future of real estate through rigorous financial and operational oversight.

• Assist in developing and maintaining project control frameworks for PDS Projects across Egypt
• Monitor project budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections to ensure financial discipline
• Prepare and analyze earned value management (EVM) reports for senior leadership review
• Coordinate with project managers to track schedule performance and identify critical path risks
• Manage change order processes including valuation, negotiation, and documentation
• Generate monthly project dashboard reports highlighting KPIs, variances, and mitigation plans
• Support procurement activities through contract administration and vendor performance tracking
• Ensure compliance with JLL global standards, local regulations, and client contractual obligations

الشروط والمتطلبات

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in project controls, cost management, or project management roles
• Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and advanced Excel for scheduling and cost analysis
• Strong knowledge of earned value management (EVM), critical path method (CPM), and risk analysis
• Experience with real estate development, fit-out, or infrastructure projects preferred
• Professional certification (PMP, CCP, or RICS) considered a significant advantage
• Fluent in English and Arabic with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
