• Master's degree in School Counseling, Psychology, or related field
• Valid counseling certification/license
• 2+ years experience in international or bilingual school settings
• Strong knowledge of child development and counseling best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English
• Familiarity with SABIS® educational methodology (preferred)
