Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Lead resource allocation, loading, and levelling processes using Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project to maximize crew and equipment efficiency.
• Coordinate directly with the Project Manager to define and track strategic targets, milestones, and key performance indicators.
• Assist the project team in defining subcontract packages, scope boundaries, and delivery schedules for external vendors.
• Develop, maintain, and update integrated master schedules incorporating Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and Critical Path Method (CPM) logic.
• Perform Earned Value Management (EVM) analysis to forecast schedule variance and cost performance trends.
• Conduct schedule risk assessments and Monte Carlo simulations to quantify uncertainty impacts on project completion.
• Prepare and present weekly/monthly progress reports highlighting critical path shifts, float consumption, and mitigation actions.
• Facilitate schedule review workshops with stakeholders to validate logic, constraints, and resource assumptions.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering from an accredited university.
• Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in project planning and scheduling within construction, oil & gas, or infrastructure sectors.
• Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 (including resource/cost loading) and Microsoft Project Professional.
• Demonstrated mastery of Earned Value Management (EVM), Critical Path Method (CPM), and Resource Leveling techniques.
• Strong understanding of contract structures, FIDIC clauses, and change order impacts on baseline schedules.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills with fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is a strong advantage.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, PMI-SP, or AACE PSP are highly desirable.
