What You'll Own

• Lead labor relations strategy for diverse clients across industries, ensuring full compliance with Egyptian labor law and international best practices.
• Manage complex employee relations cases including disciplinary actions, grievances, terminations, and dispute resolution.
• Advise on collective bargaining agreements, union negotiations, and workforce restructuring initiatives.
• Conduct labor audits and risk assessments to proactively mitigate legal exposure.
• Develop and deliver training programs for HR teams and line managers on labor law updates and employee relations best practices.
• Represent the firm and clients in labor court proceedings and ministry of manpower hearings when required.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align labor relations policies with broader HR and business objectives.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Human Resources, or related field; Master's or professional certifications (e.g., CIPD, SHRM-SCP) strongly preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in labor relations, employee relations, or employment law within a corporate, consulting, or legal environment in Egypt.
• Deep, practical knowledge of Egyptian Labor Law No. 12 of 2003 and its amendments, social insurance regulations, and ministry of manpower procedures.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex negotiations, mediations, and litigation.
• Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate legal complexity into clear, actionable guidance for non-legal stakeholders.
• Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills with a reputation for fairness and strategic thinking.
• Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and verbal.
