Logistics Supervisor | Amazon Logistics (AMZL) Operations

Role Summary

Amazon is seeking a dynamic and customer-obsessed Logistics Supervisor to lead and develop high-performing teams within our fast-paced AMZL (Amazon Logistics) and Fulfillment Center (FC) environments. This position drives operational excellence, ensures safety compliance, and optimizes last-mile delivery performance across the network.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor a team of associates in Amazon Logistics sortation, dispatch, and delivery operations
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) including on-time delivery, defect rates, and productivity metrics
• Implement process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience
• Ensure strict adherence to safety standards, labor regulations, and Amazon leadership principles
• Coordinate cross-functionally with transportation, sortation, and station operations teams
• Conduct daily stand-ups, performance coaching, and talent development planning
• Manage escalations and resolve delivery exceptions in real time

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in supply chain, logistics, business administration, or related field
• Proven experience in team leadership within logistics, warehousing, or fulfillment operations
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data-driven decision making and Excel/SQL
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
• Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic fluency preferred for Egypt-based role
• Flexibility to work shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays as required
