What You'll Own

• End-to-end shift ownership across inbound, stow, pick, pack, and ship — ensuring SLAs are met every hour, every day
• People leadership for a diverse team of associates and process assistants: coaching, developing, and holding accountability to Amazon's Leadership Principles
• Real-time problem solving — you identify root causes, implement countermeasures, and prevent recurrence using data-driven Kaizen
• Safety-first culture — you own the safety scorecard, drive behavioral observations, and make zero incidents the only acceptable target
• Performance analytics — you live in the metrics (UPH, defect rate, labor utilization) and translate them into actionable floor decisions
• Cross-functional coordination with maintenance, HR, learning, and area managers to remove barriers and accelerate flow

What You Bring

• Proven supervisory experience in high-volume fulfillment, warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing — 2+ years leading 20+ direct reports
• Bilingual fluency in Arabic and English — you communicate with clarity up, down, and across the organization
• Data literacy — comfortable with Excel, SQL, or Tableau; you make decisions from dashboards, not gut feel
• Bias for action — you've launched process improvements that moved the needle on productivity, quality, or safety
• Resilience under pressure — peak season doesn't rattle you; it sharpens you
• Ownership mindset — you treat the FC like your business because, in every way that matters, it is
