ETIC, Change & Delivery Specialist - Senior Associate
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced ETIC, Change & Delivery Specialist at the Senior Associate level to join the EMEA Alliances Impact Centre (EAIC) within our Advisory line of service, focusing on the Technology industry sector. This role sits within the Advisory - Other specialism and plays a pivotal part in driving strategic change initiatives and ensuring successful delivery of alliance-related programs across the EMEA region.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support change management strategies for technology alliance partnerships and transformation programs.
- Oversee program delivery governance, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across EMEA to define scope, manage risks, and drive adoption of new processes and technologies.
- Develop and maintain delivery frameworks, playbooks, and metrics to measure the impact of alliance initiatives.
- Facilitate workshops, steering committees, and working groups to align partners and internal teams on strategic priorities.
- Provide expert advisory on organizational change, stakeholder engagement, and business readiness for complex technology deployments.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to change adoption, delivery milestones, and alliance health.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Change & Delivery Specialist, Senior Consultant, or similar role in a technology consulting or advisory environment.
- Deep understanding of change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, Kotter) and project/program delivery frameworks (Agile, Waterfall, SAFe).
- Strong track record managing EMEA-wide or multi-country transformation programs within alliances, partnerships, or ecosystem contexts.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and cross-cultural teams.
- Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications in Change Management (CCMP, Prosci), Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2), or Agile (SAFe, Scrum Master).
- Experience working within a Big 4 or major professional services firm's Advisory practice.
- Knowledge of cloud, digital transformation, or emerging technology alliance ecosystems.
- Background in
