Network Solution Architect (Presales) - Capgemini Egypt

Capgemini seeks a Network Solution Architect (Presales) to join their technology transformation team in Egypt. This role bridges complex network architecture with client-facing solution design, supporting digital and sustainable transitions for global enterprises. The position demands deep technical expertise in enterprise networking, cloud connectivity, and security frameworks. You will collaborate with sales, delivery, and vendor partners to craft winning proposals.

Key Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end network solutions for RFPs, including SD-WAN, data center interconnect, and cloud networking
• Lead technical discovery workshops with C-level stakeholders to translate business outcomes into architecture blueprints
• Develop high-level and low-level design documents, bill of materials, and migration strategies
• Conduct proof-of-concept validations and vendor evaluations for emerging network technologies
• Create and deliver compelling technical presentations, demos, and executive summaries
• Estimate effort, risk, and cost for network transformation engagements
• Mentor junior presales engineers and contribute to reusable solution accelerators
• Stay current on Cisco, Juniper, Arista, Palo Alto, and cloud-native networking roadmaps

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years in network engineering or architecture, with 3+ years in presales or solution consulting
• Expert-level knowledge of routing, switching, firewall, load balancing, and network automation
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP networking services (Transit Gateway, VPC, ExpressRoute)
• Relevant certifications: CCNP/CCIE, JNCIP, PCNSE, or cloud networking specialties
• Proven track record of winning complex deals >$2M in systems integration or managed services
• Fluent English and Arabic; strong executive communication and negotiation skills
• Bachelor's in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience
