We are seeking a highly skilled Dutch speaking Technical Support Specialist 4 with deep expertise in NetApp storage systems to deliver proactive and preventive support for enterprise environments. This senior-level role requires advanced troubleshooting capabilities, strong customer communication skills in Dutch and English, and comprehensive knowledge of NetApp ONTAP, SAN, and NAS technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical support for NetApp storage arrays, including FAS, AFF, and ASA series
• Deliver proactive and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal system performance and availability
• Diagnose and resolve complex storage infrastructure issues across SAN (FC, iSCSI) and NAS (NFS, CIFS/SMB) protocols
• Manage escalations for critical production environments and coordinate with engineering teams
• Perform health checks, risk assessments, and firmware/software upgrade planning
• Document solutions, create knowledge base articles, and contribute to best practice guides
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on storage architecture reviews and capacity planning
• Support Dutch-speaking enterprise customers with clear technical communication

Required Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on experience with NetApp ONTAP 9.x administration and troubleshooting
• Deep understanding of storage protocols: FC, iSCSI, NFS, CIFS/SMB
• Proficiency in NetApp tools: Active IQ, System Manager, CLI, AutoSupport analysis
• Experience with SnapMirror, SnapVault, SnapCenter, MetroCluster, and FlexGroup technologies
• Strong Linux/Windows server administration skills in virtualized environments (VMware, Hyper-V)
• Fluent in Dutch and English (written and verbal) for customer-facing support
• Proven ability to handle high-severity incidents under pressure
• NetApp certifications (NCDA, NCIE, or NCSIE) highly preferred

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of cloud storage integration (Azure NetApp Files, Cloud Volumes ONTAP, AWS FSx for ONTAP)
• Scripting/automation experience (PowerShell, Python, Ansible, REST API)
• Familiarity with container storage (Trident, Astra) and Kubernetes persistent volumes
• Experience with data protection, ransomware recovery, and compliance frameworks
