Role Overview

This is a full-time, fully remote position for an End-User Support Specialist based in Egypt. The role focuses on providing direct, hands-on technical assistance to end users.

Key Responsibilities

• Hands-On Field Support: Deliver face-to-face, desk-side IT support for hardware, software, and peripheral devices including printers, scanners, and AV equipment.
