Enterprise Architect | Commercial Domain Architecture
Role Summary
We are seeking a seasoned Enterprise Architect to own the architectural direction for the Commercial domain. This role is a key member of the Enterprise Architecture team, responsible for defining and governing the technology strategy, roadmaps, and standards that enable business growth and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and maintain the commercial architecture, ensuring alignment with business goals and enterprise standards.
- Lead the development of architecture roadmaps, principles, and reference models for commercial systems.
- Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to translate strategic objectives into technical blueprints.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend solutions that enhance digital commerce, customer experience, and sales enablement.
- Govern architecture compliance across projects and provide guidance to solution architects and development teams.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks, ensuring scalable, secure, and cost-effective architectures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, with at least 3 years focused on commercial or customer-facing domains.
- Proven track record of designing and delivering large-scale, cloud-native or hybrid architectures.
- Deep understanding of microservices, API management, and integration patterns.
- Experience with CRM, e-commerce platforms, and data analytics ecosystems.
- TOGAF or equivalent certification is a strong plus.
Required Skills
- Strategic thinking and ability to balance long-term vision with short-term delivery.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Knowledge of security architecture and data privacy regulations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Familiarity with Agile and DevOps practices.
