Enterprise Architect | Commercial Domain Architecture

Role Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Enterprise Architect to own the architectural direction for the Commercial domain. This role is a key member of the Enterprise Architecture team, responsible for defining and governing the technology strategy, roadmaps, and standards that enable business growth and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and maintain the commercial architecture, ensuring alignment with business goals and enterprise standards.
  • Lead the development of architecture roadmaps, principles, and reference models for commercial systems.
  • Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to translate strategic objectives into technical blueprints.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend solutions that enhance digital commerce, customer experience, and sales enablement.
  • Govern architecture compliance across projects and provide guidance to solution architects and development teams.
  • Identify and mitigate technical risks, ensuring scalable, secure, and cost-effective architectures.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, with at least 3 years focused on commercial or customer-facing domains.
  • Proven track record of designing and delivering large-scale, cloud-native or hybrid architectures.
  • Deep understanding of microservices, API management, and integration patterns.
  • Experience with CRM, e-commerce platforms, and data analytics ecosystems.
  • TOGAF or equivalent certification is a strong plus.

Required Skills

  • Strategic thinking and ability to balance long-term vision with short-term delivery.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Knowledge of security architecture and data privacy regulations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Familiarity with Agile and DevOps practices.
