Hotel Guest Services Agent | Front Desk & Switchboard Operations

Join a dynamic hotel operations team as the primary point of contact for guest communications, managing all inbound calls, requests, and inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.

• Proven experience in hotel front desk, guest services, or telephone switchboard operations
• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic fluency required for Egypt location)
• Proficiency with PBX/telephone systems and hotel property management systems (PMS)
• Strong multitasking ability to handle high-volume calls while logging and tracking guest requests accurately
• Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving skills to resolve guest concerns promptly
• Flexible availability for shift work including weekends and holidays
