Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Professional to drive revenue growth and expand our client base. The ideal candidate will combine strong sales expertise with creative multimedia skills, including proficiency in photography and video editing, to support promotional activities and enhance client presentations.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and lead generation.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts and decision-makers.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations tailored to client needs.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to develop compelling sales collateral, leveraging photography and video editing capabilities.
• Track sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics using CRM software.
• Provide market feedback and competitive intelligence to inform strategy.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Sales Professional, Sales Representative, or similar role.
• Strong track record of achieving sales quotas and driving revenue growth.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in photography and video editing (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent).
• Ability to create visual content for sales proposals, social media, and client pitches.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho).
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.

Skills & Competencies

• Sales Strategy: Consultative selling, account management, territory planning.
• Multimedia Production: Photography, video editing, motion graphics, visual storytelling.
• Digital Tools: CRM, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, social media platforms.
• Languages: Fluency in Arabic and English (written and verbal).
• Soft Skills: Self-motivation, resilience, time management, teamwork.

Additional Requirements

• Willingness to travel within Egypt for client meetings and events.
• Valid driver's license and own transportation.
• Portfolio demonstrating photography and video editing work is a plus.
