Service Mechanic - Nasr City, Cairo | Immediate Hiring

We are actively recruiting a skilled Service Mechanic to join our technical team in Nasr City, Cairo. This role demands hands-on expertise in equipment diagnostics, preventive maintenance, and on-site repair operations across industrial and commercial systems. The position offers stable employment within a reputable service organization serving diverse clients throughout Greater Cairo. Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in mechanical troubleshooting, hydraulic systems, and electrical control panels to ensure minimal downtime for critical machinery.

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on industrial equipment including compressors, pumps, and conveyor systems
• Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical faults using schematics, multimeters, and diagnostic software
• Execute on-site repairs and component replacements for breakdown emergencies within SLA timeframes
• Calibrate sensors, PLCs, and control systems to maintain operational accuracy and safety compliance
• Document all service activities, parts usage, and equipment condition reports in CMMS platform
• Coordinate with procurement for spare parts forecasting and vendor management for specialized components
• Train client operators on basic equipment care, safety protocols, and early fault detection techniques
• Conduct post-repair testing and performance validation before equipment handover to production teams

• Technical diploma or vocational certification in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Industrial Maintenance
• Minimum 3 years hands-on experience as Service Technician, Maintenance Mechanic, or Field Service Engineer
• Proven expertise in hydraulic circuit analysis, pneumatic systems, and VFD motor control troubleshooting
• Ability to read and interpret P&ID diagrams, electrical schematics, and manufacturer service manuals
• Valid Egyptian driving license with willingness to travel to client sites across Cairo governorate
• Strong problem-solving skills under pressure with documented track record of reducing MTTR metrics
• Familiarity with CMMS platforms (MPulse, Fiix, or similar) and digital reporting tools
