Commis II – 5-Star All-Inclusive Resort

• Prepare and cook menu items to brand standards under Chef de Partie supervision
• Maintain mise en place, station cleanliness, and food safety compliance (HACCP)
• Support banquet, outlet, and in-room dining operations during peak service
• Control portion sizes, minimize waste, and ensure consistent plate presentation
• Assist in inventory checks, receiving, and stock rotation

• 1–2 years' experience as Commis II or similar in 4/5-star hotel or high-volume restaurant
• Culinary diploma or equivalent professional training
• Strong knife skills, knowledge of international cuisines, and pastry basics
• Ability to work shifts, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced resort environment
• English fluency; Arabic or Russian a plus
