Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages including mocktails, cocktails, juices, and soft drinks according to established recipes and standards.
• Engage with customers to understand their preferences and provide recommendations.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all equipment is functioning properly.
• Manage inventory of bar supplies, reporting any shortages or needs.
• Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, handling payments when necessary.
• Develop new and creative drink recipes to enhance the menu.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Bartender or similar role, with a strong understanding of mixology.
• Knowledge of various drink recipes and ingredients.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Must be able to work in Kuwait and Qatar.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in bartending are a plus.
