About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Pest Controller Lead to join our team in Al Ahmadi, Kuwait. This critical role, supporting LOGCAP, involves overseeing pest management operations under the guidance of the Pest Management Supervisor. As a key member of the Technical & Crafts sector, you will ensure effective and efficient pest control strategies are implemented, contributing to a safe and healthy environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise pest control activities on-site.
• Implement and monitor pest management plans.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify pest issues and potential risks.
• Apply appropriate pest control treatments and techniques.
• Maintain records of pest control activities and treatments.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures.
• Train and guide junior pest control technicians.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Pest Controller or in a similar leadership role.
• In-depth knowledge of pest identification, behavior, and control methods.
• Familiarity with pest control chemicals and equipment.
• Ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
• Strong understanding of health and safety standards in pest control.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Must be physically located in Kuwait.
