Finance & Accounting Senior Manager – Group Level | Kuwait

We are seeking a highly experienced Finance & Accounting Senior Manager (Group Level) to join a leading organization based in Kuwait. This senior leadership role is responsible for overseeing the entire group finance function, ensuring financial control, reporting accuracy, cost optimization, and strategic financial planning across all entities. The successful candidate will act as a key business partner, driving financial performance and supporting executive decision-making at the highest level.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the group finance function, including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and consolidation across all business entities.
• Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timeliness of all financial statements in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and local regulatory requirements.
• Drive cost optimization initiatives and implement robust financial controls to safeguard organizational assets.
• Develop and execute strategic financial plans aligned with the group's long-term business objectives.
• Act as a key business partner to senior leadership, providing data-driven insights and recommendations to support executive decision-making.
• Oversee cash flow management, treasury operations, and working capital optimization across the group.
• Manage relationships with external auditors, financial institutions, and regulatory authorities.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance and accounting team across multiple entities.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA, ACCA, CMA, or MBA is strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 12–15 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting, with at least 5 years in a senior management or group-level role.
• Proven expertise in financial consolidation, group reporting, and multi-entity accounting structures.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, local Kuwaiti financial regulations, and compliance frameworks.
• Demonstrated experience in strategic financial planning, cost management, and business partnering.
• Excellent leadership skills with a track record of managing and developing large finance teams.
• Outstanding analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
