Role Summary

Project Scheduler at Egis, an international firm specializing in architecture, consulting, construction engineering, and mobility services, responsible for developing and maintaining project schedules for complex infrastructure and building projects.

Responsibilities

• Create, update, and monitor detailed project schedules using MS Project or Primavera.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define critical path activities.
• Analyze schedule performance, identify variances, and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare regular schedule reports and presentations for senior management.
• Ensure alignment of schedule with contract milestones, budgets, and resource plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in project scheduling for construction or infrastructure projects.
• Proficiency in scheduling software (MS Project, Primavera P6) and Excel.
• Strong understanding of CPM, resource leveling, and risk management.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
