Stock Custodian | Multiple Locations (ASAB, ADAB, UAE)

Role Summary

The Stock Custodian is responsible for managing and safeguarding inventory across multiple locations, including Ali Al Salem Air Base (ASAB) in Kuwait and Al Dhafra Air Base (ADAB) in the United Arab Emirates.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records of all stock items using inventory management systems.
• Conduct regular physical counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Coordinate receipt, storage, and issue of supplies for operational units.
• Ensure compliance with security and safety regulations at each base.
• Prepare and submit inventory reports to senior logistics personnel.
• Assist in the planning and execution of stock transfers between ASAB and ADAB.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in inventory control or stock management, preferably in a military or aerospace environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional logistics or supply chain training is a plus.
• Ability to obtain and maintain required security clearances for both Kuwait and UAE locations.
• Proficiency in English; Arabic language skills are advantageous.

• Inventory Management: Experience with barcode scanning, stock reconciliation, and database entry.
• Attention to Detail: Accurate documentation and error detection.

• Communication: Clear reporting to logistics supervisors and coordination with base personnel.
• Physical Capability: Ability to handle and move stock items as needed.
