Stock Custodian - Multiple Locations (ASAB, ADAB, UAE)

Position Overview: The Stock Custodian is responsible for managing, safeguarding, and controlling inventory at multiple locations including Ali Al Salem Air Base (ASAB) in Kuwait and Al Dhafra Air Base (ADAB) in the United Arab Emirates.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records for all material, equipment, and supplies.
• Conduct daily stock counts, reconcile discrepancies, and generate reports.
• Coordinate receipt, storage, issue, and transfer of items in compliance with military logistics regulations.
• Ensure proper labeling, segregation, and preservation of hazardous and sensitive items.
• Prepare and submit inventory status, usage, and forecast reports to logistics command.
• Assist in audits, inspections, and compliance reviews.
• Provide support for requisition processing and emergency supply requests.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional logistics or supply chain training preferred.
• Minimum 2 years experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or stock management.
• Familiarity with military or defense logistics procedures is an advantage.
• Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work under strict deadlines.
• Clear security clearance as required by host nation regulations.
