Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in a service operations or similar role
• Strong organizational and time-management skills

• Proficiency in using standard office software and service management tools
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications are a plus
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules
