What You'll Own
- End-to-end management of construction projects from conception to handover
- Coordination of multidisciplinary teams including civil, architectural, mechanical, and electrical engineers
- Budget oversight, schedule adherence, and quality control across all phases
- Risk identification and mitigation to keep projects on track and on spec
- Stakeholder communication and reporting to ensure alignment and transparency
What You Bring
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Architectural, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in construction project management
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects in Kuwait or similar markets
- Deep understanding of local regulations, materials, and construction practices
