Position Overview

New Mowasat Company in Kuwait is seeking qualified Jordanian and Lebanese ENT Registrars to join their medical team. This is an excellent opportunity for ENT specialists with post-board clinical experience to advance their careers in a leading healthcare facility in Kuwait.

Role Overview

As an ENT Registrar, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in the field of Otorhinolaryngology. You will work alongside senior consultants and multidisciplinary teams to diagnose, manage, and treat a wide range of ear, nose, and throat conditions across both outpatient and inpatient settings.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments, including history-taking and physical examinations related to ENT conditions
• Assist in and perform diagnostic procedures such as audiometry, endoscopy, and allergy testing
• Support surgical procedures in the operating theatre under the supervision of senior ENT consultants
• Manage inpatient care, including ward rounds, treatment planning, and patient follow-up
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records in compliance with hospital protocols
• Participate in on-call duties and emergency ENT coverage as required
• Contribute to clinical audits, quality improvement initiatives, and continuing medical education programs
• Collaborate with nursing staff, audiologists, speech therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care

Required Qualifications

• Jordanian Board certification (or equivalent) in Otorhinolaryngology (ENT)
• 1 to 4 years of post-board clinical experience in ENT
• Strong clinical knowledge in the diagnosis and management of common and complex ENT conditions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment
• Commitment to patient safety and evidence-based medical practice

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a hospital or clinical setting in the Gulf region
• Familiarity with Kuwait MOH or DHA licensing processes
• Additional training or subspecialty interest in areas such as rhinology, otology, or pediatric ENT
• BLS/ACLS certification
