Oracle Developer – PL/SQL, Forms & Reports Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Developer to design, develop, and maintain Oracle Forms and Reports applications while building robust PL/SQL solutions.

Core Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Oracle Forms and Reports applications.
• Write, test, and optimize PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, and triggers.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Collaborate with business analysts and end‑users to ensure solutions meet functional needs.
• Perform code reviews, debugging, and performance tuning of database objects.
• Maintain documentation and version control for all deliverables.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands‑on experience with Oracle Forms, Reports, and PL/SQL development.
• Strong understanding of relational database concepts and Oracle architecture.
• Proficiency in SQL query optimization and performance tuning.
• Ability to interpret business requirements and produce technical designs.
• Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Oracle Application Express (APEX) or Oracle Fusion Middleware.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Knowledge of version control systems such as Git.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (Oracle Cloud Infrastructure).
