IT Specialist

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced IT Specialist to support our operations in Kuwait. The role involves managing and troubleshooting hardware, software, and network systems to ensure optimal performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and configure computer hardware, operating systems, and applications.
• Monitor network infrastructure, resolve connectivity issues, and ensure security compliance.
• Provide technical support to end‑users, diagnose problems, and deliver timely solutions.
• Implement system upgrades, backups, and disaster‑recovery procedures.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align IT services with business objectives.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of professional experience in IT support, system administration, or network management.
• Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems, virtualization, and cloud services.
• Proficiency in networking protocols, firewalls, and security best practices.
• Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE).
• Experience with enterprise‑level hardware and software deployments.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and project management.
